PERSONAL TRAINING

  • We offer private (1-on-1) and semi-private (groups of 2-5) training for beginners through to experienced athletes who want close personalised attention, or have specific goals in mind.

    Private and semi-private sessions are tailored to the specific goals and needs of an individual or a small group. This may include aerial sport-specific skills (such as gymnastics, diving or trampolining), or CrossFit gymnastics skills.

  • Private (1-on-1) coaching

  • Semi-private (groups of 2-5) coaching for athletes seeking individualised coaching and programming with the benefit of training partners and a more cost effective price point than 1-on-1 coaching

  • Strength and skills for aerial sports including flexibility, handstands, core strength, leg tension, core strength, power development, aerial skills, etc

  • CrossFit gymnastics strength and skills including pull ups, muscle ups, toes to bar, pistols, handstands, etc

WORKSHOPS

  • Our workshops improve participants’ technical foundations and movement efficiency across a variety of gymnastics/CrossFit gymnastics skills (i.e. handstands, etc).

  • Groups of 6-20 participants

  • Improve gymnastics technique and perform gymnastics movements more safely and efficiently

  • Enhance ability to improve or learn new gymnastics skills and reduce risk of injury

  • Ideal for preparing for CrossFit competitions

  • Gymnastics movements can include strict and/or kipping: pull ups, ring and bar muscle ups, toes to bar, handstands, warm ups, mobility and progressions

  • Workshops may be conducted at HrdKAW Strength or can be delivered at your preferred gym (Sydney)

  • Workshops can be fully tailored to your needs

  • Coached by Olympic diver and HrdKAW Gymnastics Coach Melissa Wu
